T/Th. 6-6:50am & 12:05-12:55pm All

Energizing & motivating fitness class to increase cardio while toning & strengthening abs & butt. Moderate to intense level. Be prepared to sweat!

Unleash your energy- Get Snow Ready.

Plow into your winter sports with confidence. Join this high energy interval training class that will combine strength, agility, and balance exercises to give you a complete and challenging workout. Guaranteed to leave you sore and looking for more. Minimum of 6 per class Oct 4, 11, 18, 25

PILATES

Join this new class. Intro to Pilates.

Developing strength, flexibility & coordination. Breathing through movement. No Drop-ins with this new class. 12 people max.

YOGA

Ashtanga Yoga- Norma

Thursday 6:30- 8pm

Ashtanga Vinyasa a form of Hatha Yoga that works through breath & motion, designed to re shape the body, help eliminate toxins and ease the mind. Beginners Welcome! A course suitable to someone who is new to yoga.

Hatha Flow Yoga- Theshini

Tues/ Thurs 8:30 – 10am

Hatha Flow focusing on gently connecting body, mind and breath. Join Theshini as she teaches you to unite the mind & body in the present to bring peace and harmony to yourself. Beginners Welcome!
