YOGA *Bring yoga supplies and water Ashtanga Yoga- Norma Thursday 6:30- 8pm Ashtanga Vinyasa a form of Hatha Yoga that works through breath & motion, designed to re shape the body, help eliminate toxins and ease the mind. Beginners Welcome! A course suitable to someone who is new to yoga. Hatha Flow Yoga- Theshini Tues/ Thurs 8:30 – 10am Hatha Flow focusing on gently connecting body, mind and breath. Join Theshini as she teaches you to unite the mind & body in the present to bring peace and harmony to yourself. Beginners Welcome!
